Do I need Building Regulations approval?
Yes, every habitable conversion does. We handle the application and inspections, and you get a completion certificate at the end.
How long does a conversion take?
It depends on the size of the garage and what you'd like it to become. You'll get a clear timeline with your quote.
How much does it cost?
Conversions start from £12,000, and most fall between £12,000 and £25,000. Your exact fixed price depends on size, condition and finish, and follows the free survey.
Can I run a clinic or salon from my garage?
Yes. We build treatment rooms for aesthetics, beauty, hair and therapy businesses, with options like a separate client entrance and a hand-wash basin. Depending on how many clients you'll see, a change of use may need planning permission, so we check this for you on the survey.
